Refund policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS (EXCLUDES RESIN STATUES/FIGURES)

Returns are accepted for a full refund within a 7 day period within the basis of damaged or faulty products or dissatisfaction of the product. A 10% restocking fee may be charged depending on the circumstances of the return.

If return is based on defect or damage, please send us photographic evidence of the issue or else we cannot verify your problem and agree to assist you.

If return is based on change of mind, you will need to pay for return (we organise pickup of return) or organise return yourself.

We will do our best to help your request and get things sorted ASAP. 

We will process your return within 1-2 working days of receiving it back to our warehouse.

REGARDING LOST PARCELS

For parcels which are deemed lost by our courier, we will either refund you the full amount of the order (if we are able to make a claim with the courier) or send out a replacement order for you if we have stock available. Please contact me ASAP regarding this as our courier requires lost parcels to be notified immediately for a claim to be made.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS (FOR RESIN STATUES/FIGURES)

Returns for resin statues/figures are only accepted for in stock unopened products. As they are all limited edition collector items, the products need to be returned in the same condition as they were shipped to you, brand new, unassembled and unopened.

Please note, we do not do full refunds for pre-ordered resin statues/figures as those items after they have been pre-ordered are essentially made to order just for you. 

We are also unable to provide a refund/exchange/compensation for minor issues as most of the time they are easily fixable with glue. 

In the unlikely event that your piece does arrive damaged, please contact us ASAP with photos and details of the issue. We will contact the studio to sort out a solution and see if we can get a replacement part for you, however it is not always guarenteed that a replacement will be available.

For major issues caused via shipping damage, our parcels are always insured and we can arrange refunds if necessary.

CANCELLATION (EXCLUDES RESIN STATUES/FIGURES)

Customers who wish to cancel their order, please contact us ASAP as we ship out most orders within 1 business day. Otherwise you will need to follow the returns policy.

CANCELLATION (FOR RESIN STATUES/FIGURES)

Please note that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE as we use your deposit payment to pay the studios in order to reserve your product. As studio's also have the same policy, we are unable be refunded by them after we have submitted your deposit.

Failure to make the full payment of an order will result in order cancellation and a forfeiting of your deposit. Orders will be held for up to a month and any longer is up to our discretion.

Change of mind cancellations are not accepted. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, we will need to be notified immediately and are only able to do so if we have not submitted your order to the studio yet. There will also need to be a valid reason to do so.

TERMS
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless reason for return is due to defect, damage or dissatisfaction of the product.

If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to FF Collectibles by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded, and only upon written request of the person who paid for an order. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
