SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Metro suburbs (VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, WA, TAS)

FREE SHIPPING (exceptions apply)
Remote suburbs (VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, WA, NT, TAS) $15.00 - $20.00 (exceptions apply) 

*If parcel is too heavy or oversized (10kg or over 0.1 m3, additional charges apply, parcels going to WA/NT have an oversized surcharge if over 7.5kg)

Remote suburbs as well as WA, QLD and NT may incur additional charges based on the size/weight of the order and the location of the order.

Parcels over 35kg will have a $60 oversized handling fee charged by Toll/Team Global Express.

Oversized items will be shipped via TOLL IPEC/TEAM GLOBAL EXPRESS

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day (subject to delays, if we have are sending out pre-orders due to a container arrival, orders generally take longer to be processed)

REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are also able to ship internationally however the cost of shipping must be covered by you, we will send you a quote regarding the cost after it is available to us.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

For large items, we cannot ship to PO boxes, lockers and remote islands, so please make note of that when you are filling in shipping information for a smooth ordering process. (This is because the courier does not have a contract with AusPost and hence unable to leave items with them as they are not allowed to do so. Most of our items are also oversized so they cannot go through AusPost and only through courier)

We ship using Australia Post (if size permits) and Sendle who are contracted with Aramex (Fastway Couriers) and Couriers Please. Since most of our items are over Australia Post's size limits, they will be sent via Courier. 

Feel free to also contact me regarding any problems with shipping and I will do my best to sort that out. 

If parcel or items are damaged/lost/missing, please contact me ASAP as our parcels are insured within a small time frame of delivery and we can organise a replacement/refund for you.
